You will be able to see "Boy With a Beard" in a great new photography exhibition from the 1st August. 

"Welcome to the Darkslide" is the new one man show by the great portrait photographer Rob Luckins and "Boy With a Beard" was flattered to have been photographed by Rob and have a photograph included in the show.

"Boy with a Beard" is busy at work on the book Trailer for Sandra Murphy's "Nomads".  

As the trailer is mainly motion graphics this means a day spent in front of Adobe After Effects/Photoshop drinking lots of coffee inputting key frames and making whooshing noises as I plan the effects tracks and music.  The inner "Star Wars" kid in me...

Once the camera motion has been sorted I will move on to the joy that is particle effects as I create swirling sand from pixels.  All the while hoping that my edit machine doesn't crash under the strain of my creative demands.

A day of great fun, caffeine, swearing and pushing my post production knowledge.

I am in the concept stage of designing a book jacket and a video trailer for Sandra Murphy's short story Nomads.
